We have used his services many times, and can truly say everything has been FIRST CLASS!!! Scott loves to "put you in the picture" and speaks about every detail of your trip like it's the first time ( eventhough he's been doing it successfully for decades!! ). His customer service is THE BEST!! Scott, I can't tell you how much I appreciate your highly experienced, friendly help, guidance, and service on our upcoming vacation, and those great trips in the past !! That "old school" first class personal treatment, is almost non-existent these days. But, much more importantly, it's so fantastic to have been able to reconnect with you, an old (young) friend!!
